You can get the clamps in varous widths from Summit, Jegs, JC Whitney, etc.

They are very thin stainless and actually shape to the pipes. The only thing to do after install is cutoff the excess threads from the bolts. You could use a sealer but I didn't.

I had to take them off twice and worried that the bolts would be too short but once they are 'shaped' they go back on with no problem.
