Hi Brent...We've also been without grid power for a week now, but our little Honda generator has kept life on a fairly even keel, giving enough power to keep a few lights on and the furnace working. With another storm coming in tonight we'll have to see if we go backwards or not. Hang in there... That natural gas conversion sounds pretty good skibum. What's involved? any compensation for valve gear lubrication? Right now we use about 10 gals per 24 hours. Badger
