Rick,
The photo you show has a soft rubber material that will not slip or slide off as many do. This material is sold in rolls about 15 to 24 inches wide by various lengths as Tool Box drawer liner. Our Sears store has it in the auto/tools section and at a reasonable price too. Cut you own out and as a kicker get the sticky backed Velcro tape , two sided tape for the male and female halves and place just inside the engine bay with 1/2 and on the fender cover so it never slips.
