I use the McLeod with a 12in dual friction disk. With the 600, you have a 1-1/8 input shaft, so you need the GM 12 in disk. I use a external slave that I had resleeved to .75 in with a requested .75 in master from the Kirkham. This setup works extremely well, but the pedal effort is heavier than a normal passenger car. What does the guy finishing the car recommend? That is probably what he is familar with and probably the best for him.
