Thanks Mulv, I think I understand.
My brothers FFR is registered as a 65. I'm not sure if it's classified as home built or not, I'll have to ask him.
When I go to register my Hurricane, will it be a 2007 home built or 1965 Cobra?
If I have to go through an emissions test, I'm up a creek w/o a paddle!
