Ok , my mistake. I just didn't want to have an argument, I want to get along. Your friend was sent the wrong way, no question, because the 65 thing is legal and allowed as a replica. If you build a Noble or some other unique type that did not exist before smog laws then you have to comply. I am only speaking of tag fees and believe me , every state needs more dough.. or thinks that they do. I am glad we can disagree as car guys and not have to fight..
