Rob, there is no problem at all to register as a 1965 Ford roadster. You do not need to paint the Cobra, or have windshield wipers to register. Look back on this Arizona Cobra web site and you will find dozens of posts about registering in Arizona. In Scottsdale there are at least a dozen Cobras and probably 70 in the Phoenix area.
