If you live in NJ, you are pretty much stuck with titling and registering your car here. Forget about Alabama unless you are planning to move there. NJ MVS is hip to any and all of the "title tricks" or "trades" and will want to inspect anything that just does not "feel right" before they issue you a title these days........But what would I know
