Maybe/probably. To really measure the clearence from the top of the turkey pan to the underside of hood, what I have done was to tape a telescoping radio antenna to the side of the turkey pan, so the tip extends up. Close the hood, and then you can see what the clearence is between the top of the pan and underside of the hood. take the measurement at all 4 corners of the pan. Then you can tell how thick the rubber seal/foam needs to be to touch the underside of the hood.
