TC, I'd suggest that you ask to see the registration for the car. Be sure to get the year that its registered as (example my car is 2006 SPCNS) If its not SB100, and it's SPCNS then it will need to pass smog, my Roush 427R did not pass, and I'm guessing that motor wont either as it's got more power.

That said if the price is right and you like the car you could always go for the SB100 in January 08.
