Since your car is pretty authentic looking, I would look at quad throttle bodies. Add a cam and Higgins heads and have 500 Hp easy.

There are several companies in Sydney that specialise in LS1 engines. The best known are possibly Sam's Performance, Marrano's and Hocking Race Shop.
