Depends on the replica. Some will require modification to install the 460. The 460 overall is a pretty stout bottom end and you can make loads of torque over a broad RPM range with common cam/head combo's available.

As far as rebuild price it could be anything from crate engine at $6500 to $17K for a stroked, fuel injected monster motor. The 460 short block from Ford Racing is only $2200 bucks.
