I guess for the cost of such an engine it should be regarded as a desirable piece of art work and you would probably spend as much time polishing the thing as running it, all those gleaming surfaces equate to a lot of detailed elbow grease.
It certainly does look impressive, for the prices listed I would hope it performs sexual favors as well.

I agree--the motor and its price are a bit "over the top." The picture was sent to me by a Roush engine dealer (as I was inquiring about Roush's FE engines).
I went with a Shelby block, but I didn't go with Roush (nor did I spend $38k on my motor).
