I had a bit of trouble ditting my engine under the bonnet even with the EFI scoop.

I had to make an angled extension to move the throttle body down (and rotate it) and then had to remove the inner skin from the scoop and surrounding area. Also had to modify the bracket holdiong the coil packs as they were too high. My engine being a very late model windsor was a problem. Earlier ones were meant to fit easily.
