True, the bolts at the bottom of the bracing straps are tapped through the frame. That is where I mounted my eye bolts. I then pulled back my carpet and added another bolt to the center of the bracket. So the 9 total bolts are a 3/8" bolt in the middle and the 4 bolts for the bezels on either side. With the slots centered on the previous location of the eye bolts the height remains the same as before. I also did a lot of filing and sanding to make sure there were no sharp edges. I also just ran a razor knife cut along the widthe of the bezel plates instead of slotting the carpet out the size of the bezel opening. This will aid in keeping the belt from riding on the edges.
