Don't forget that the headers will have to be changed. Since the Cleveland is no higher than the 351W and alot of people are using them, I wouldn't think that height would be an issue. Well that is as long as you don't put a tunnel ram on it or something else crazy! LOL As far as intake and carb go; your over all combo should dictate that. Where do you want the power band? Anything up to 6000rpm should be OK with the stock 4V intake (you do have a 4V engine don't you?) over that I would suggest one of the single planes from Edlbrock(SP), Wiend(SP) etc. Here is a good link for alot of info on the 335 series (Cleveland) in general:
