I've been in many and I hate the design and the looks of his homes. They appear to be cheap and, as stated, the heating system is terrible. It's very energy poor with little or no insulation and the glass is all single pane. We call them "icklers". The property in CA is more valuable than the house. Some people actually buy and tear them down and build a real home.
