I believe the SPF IRS uses the 8.8 Ford IRS. The FFR guys were having a problem with the boots ripping. I believe that Gordon Levy is now supplying Neoprene heavy duty boots if you would like to upgrade your boots and not have to do this messy chore again.
Check on ffcobra.com and I'm sure you'll get an answer from somebody over there. Otherwise, the 8.8 boots and clamps are available at Autozone pretty cheap.
