Yep, I totally agree. I have often said that about 400fwhp is great for the street cobras....say about 350rwhp. From then on it gets really interesting.

Even at that modest power much time should be spent optimizing braking, handling and getting the power down.

A well handling/braking 400hp cobra will often run rings around much larger engined cars....except in a straight line.
