If you don't like the way you were treated, don't do any more business with them. That's why I haven't shared a dollar with either American Express or JC Penney in more than 30 years. They don't know or care that they've lost this one person's business, but I know it's cost them thousands of dollars over the years. If a thousand people feel the same way I do, it has cost them millions of dollars. And, like you, I use the Internet to tell others how I feel about businesses I don't like.
