What type of fuel tubing are you using? Aluminum, stainless? Are you putting a rubber hose onto a metal tube with a hose clamp?? If you are attempting to prevent a hose from coming off, it can be done with a simple slight flair on the end of the tube, or a ferrulle (sp?) could be slipped on the tube and soldered in place. I have done both successfully.
