Default Need help with fuel problem?

Hello all,
I was on my 1st run for the season and the car ran great for ten mins with no problems. When slowing down to make a turn the car shut off. I opened hood to see fuel dripping from pass side of carb where vac secondary switch is. After a couple tries on starting I gased it heavy and she started. As soon as you let off it starts to bog down and stall. Got hit home and removed air cleaner and saw no problems. Gased it hard for restart and runs fine until you let it go back to idle. Looking at carb there is a small stream dripping from secondary filling carb up. Even with car off the gas keeps going for awhile.
Is this a problem with a float? Remove back bowl? I don't know alot about carbs. Please help.
roush 342 with stock roush installed holly 770 with vac secondaries.
