Having read some threads here about mounting a radiator screen using velcro, I built one out of stainless and aluminum and mounted it and was very pleased with the way it looked.
However after driving the car for a bit I noticed that the screen was crooked and the reason was that the adhesive had melted on the radiator side velcro allowing the screen to slip!
Has anyone found an adhesive that will attach the velcro directly to the aluminum radiator tanks and not melt when heated??
