Default Battery box location (or beating a dead horse)

Now I know this is beating a dead horse subject, but my car being as different as they come chassis wise I have a bit of a pondery on my hands. I've come to the point where I want to fabricate the tray that will hold my battery box in the trunk (there is no room up front believe me) and I can't decide where to put it.

Should I put it in position A center up against the rear of the suspension frame. Or position B behind the passenger side wheel on the floor of the trunk. The floor of the trunk sits at the level of the body line it's plenty deep so I should not have any difficulty removing it. What, where do you think? Patrick
