Trularin: No it does not get saturated to the point that it drips. What actually happens is that the oil vapors that are usually pumped up and into the breather are fliltered and "air" without the oil is what gets up to the breather. In my setup I have no slash shields and have used the fuel cell foam in 2 different sets of covers with equal success. One set had the set up like GT 350R with one breather per cover, my current setup uses 2 breather tubes in each cover (FIA type) ( Gallery pictures of each available).

Robspiceman: Fuel cell foam is available from most Circle track vendors or Fuel Cell manufacturers (isn't ATL in your general area?) Replace it about once a year or when you think of it.

This works very well guys.
