What you replied to Dave is true, but just knowing who "may come" does not do us any good for critical planning,and commitment of expenses and resources ,
we really need to know how many "
Are coming".
If the Hotel bookings are an indication, we need to react with the city, the tent people, and others and the sooner we can do that the better the event will be for everyone because we will have properly "set the table" and preclude any unnessesary expenses for us and the city.
So again, if you plan to be there and have made a room reservation, please also register with us as soon as possible
