Bad news guys. I went by the address today and the sign on the building said "Photo TLC". No signs or phone numbers on the door and I couldn't see inside. So I Googled them and unfortunately this is what found.

The thread by Heirloom said they took over some of their stuff. You might call them and see if they have your photos.
I was telling my wife about this and she dug out some old stuff we had from 2001 and that address was for Signature Photo. Looks like these guys just keep changing their name and screwing people.
