The Lakewood 15210 is for the FEs. If you buy it new from somewhere like Summit it should come with the block plate and hardware. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
You could pick up one from somewhere like Ebay, right now I think there are a couple listed w/o the block plates, but you can buy the block plates separate also from someone like Summit, 15741.

I think for the 3550, you need an adapter like a McLeod 8607
