I just finished a 572 stroker based 460 motor. I am curious about the power and torque I should expect of this motor. I am new here and have enjoyed reading the many amazing insights this family has expressed regarding the 385series Ford motors.
Here are some specifics about my motor:
1) 850 cfm Mighty Demon Carb with 1 " spacer
2) Weiand Stealth CJ intake port matched to cyl heads with plenum divider knife edged.
3) Factory iron CJ heads(DOOE-R) with new undercut stem valves, hardened exhaust seats, thermactor bumps removed from exhaust ports and mild pocket porting on both the intake and exhaust pockets
4) 254/264 duration at 0.050" lift with .605" lift using 1.8 ratio roller rocker arms--hydraulic flat tappet cam.
5) 11.25:1 compression ratio
6) 1 3/4" primary full length headers to 3" collectors and 3" exhaust pipes.

Any guesses on HP and torque at given RPM's?
Any input would be appreciated.
