Thanks for your input. Right now, my budget limits me to the conservative hydraulic flat tappet cam and DOOE-R heads. Down the road, however, I will be looking at an upgrade of the intake, heads and cam. What specs of a roller cam would put this motor in the 700-750 hp range? What kind of cost would be involved by switching to a roller cam and lifters?
P.S. The bore and stroke are 4.5"x4.5" as you guessed.
