You need a small mig welder to weld the brackets and tabs on the sidepipes. You have to fit the pipes to the car and motor, then weld. You can buy one for $100. You will regret not having a lift for the under car work. Of course it can be done but what a pain in the A$$. The home lifts are under 2K and well worth it. You can put it together in a weekend no problem.
