You can bolt it on to any set of heads, doesn't matter.
You'll have to find a place to mount the computer inside the passenger compartment or the trunk. You can't put it in the engine bay.
Some computers have a wide band O2 sensor for closed loop operation; and that's a good thing. But some only use a narrow band - don't buy one of those.
You need a lot more fuel pressure than a carb, like 40-45 psi. You'll also need a return line. This part is probably the most work.
Programming the computer can be a real pain in the neck. It has a lot more adjustability than a carb, and it's much more precise. Therefore, it's a lot easier to get lost during the tune. Whoever you buy it from, make sure they have a good reputation for customer service - like

You need to invest in a wide band O2 sensor (like the LM-1), and learn how to use it. You'll get lost without it.
