We found the
oil leak!!!!
The speedo cable rubbed a tiny hole in the valve cover, which was spitting
oil on the side and back of the engine compartment. Which in turn traveled down and back along the frame and body.
(A new mechanic I found had a device which pressurizes the engine with smoke, pretty cool
) So if the covers arrive tomorrow (Friday), I'll be there bright and early Saturday.
