While I have heard of your induction system, I have zero idea on how to tune it. As for the black plugs, they are either oil or carbon fouled. Shiny for oil and dry and sooty for rich fuel mixture. Obviously, get the fuel system tuned right for carbon and look at the mechanical condition for oil fouled.
