I guess that makes sense. . .
Maybe I'll let it drain overnight and then put in 8 quarts into the engine, wait a while for it to all get into the pan, then mark it and add one quart, wait a while and mark it. Then run it, let it sit and check the level . .. and if I change the filter too, fill the filter with
oil, then run it and check the level. . .
sound about right?
So for each
oil change, I'll only change about 9 or 10 quarts (with filter) is that about right too?
