Hey Rosco: I am installing the same Rad as what you have installed. Is your rad straight up and down or do you have it tilting forward to meet up with the braces you have installed. I installed the brace that came with the kit 6" in from the lip of the opening like the directions say. Problem is that the Filler opening touches the top when doing that. So when i push it forward to meet up with the brace, It fits good except for the filler neck touching the inside top of the nose. No way i can get a rad cap t0 fit on it not to mention it just simply can't touch period. I am thinking on getting a rad shop to cut out the filler hole and covering it up neatly with aluminum. Another option is to lower the complete Rad base.
Just when things go forward you need to step back again.
