Sounds like some are starting to understand the message.
I have expressed
my encounters with SAI on other threads concerning their company and its interactions with potential customers. I had SAI under very serious consideration.
There is no way
I would do biz with this company after considering the way they responded to my initial inquiries and follow up calls. With that in mind, and the overall opinions expressed here and on other forums the decision was made a lot easier for
me.
Why do
some SAI owners get so defensive when criticism of SAI's past and present
business practices pop up.
Between the components supplied by SPF and Kirkham, as well as the assembly and completion work SAI does, its a top notch car.
No one is criticizing the quality of the car, informed enthusiasts know the high end aspects of the Shelby.
Of course in the 100K range certain expectations are obvious.
Good customer response is one of them.
