There are other Cobra manufactures that are Better than BDR for road racing.
I would have to go with Factory Five for road racing.
Several reasons: Initial cost, ease of repairs if something should happen and they already have a Spec Racing Cobra unlike BDR at this time.


JC Performance,
As for drag race , Factory Five or Lone Star might be the companys to go with.
They Both offer a solid axle rearend combination for their kit.
Most don't prefer FF or LS because it doesn't look exactly like the original Cobra.
But you already know this!

It your money, choose what fits your need.
