We have 10% here in Hawaii as well and I haven't had any problems in any of my vehicles. The roush 402r in the bdr runs fine as well as some high performance engines I have in my motorcyles.Just keep it away from water since the alcohol attracts moisture and can cause phase separation if the water % becomes to high.Generally problems occur in boats and people without gas caps and very poor maintenance. The alcohol will clean out any gunk in the gas tank and fuel system since it acts as a cleaning agent. The ethanol has a very high octane rating but does not contain as much stored energy as gasoline, about 8% less if I remember correctly. I happen to be a Chevron dealer so I am familiar with some the the issues with the 10% ethanol alot of people are seeing these days.
