I looked at the Backyard Buddy website and a few things didn't seem to agree with engineering design rules. Some arguments were acceptable but when they compared folded ramp sections to welded sections ( not boxed ) I reckon the product Clive is selling is OK. The pictures that Bak/Yrd Bddy is showing are of very heavy cars crashed down. There is no story of how it happened. All of the faults mentioned by Back door buddy are easily fixed.
I've put both of my cars on it and others and I'm totally confident with being underneath it. If you want to use a trolley jack on the ramp put a sheet of rubber or a hession bag or your shirt. Just to reduce a slip. I love my ramp !
