Lowell, it's essentially a Finishline item that I took a Dremel to. Smoothed all the welds, then hand sanded much of it before having the whole thing triple chrome plated (to match the hoop). My fingers still hurt.
BTW, Pete, I like the way Jeff modified his to fit the ERA layout. I never realized how much further offset the hoop was on an ERA until I saw your photo with the masking tape.
