Wow! This thread is still kicking around? I decided on a small block several years ago, and bought an ERA 289 FIA which I'm building in my garage.

No, I do not plan on pulling a Turk and stuff a 427 SO under the hood of my 289 FIA. I'll be content with a nasty little 347...
