Yes mine have also been on for well over a year.
I sprayed the panel down positioned the decals/stickers and the wiped excess off. It is best to do that the day before to allow to dry/set. I then wipe them over again to remove any trapped air under the decal/sticker.
Take care when washing as the soapy water can lift an edge. Again just chamois off and ensure edges are down.
Speed - well I have had the Cobra well over 160kph/100+mph without and problem.
