You can actually put a stronger sealed u-joint in the front that doesn't need grease. I think it is a Chevy. The back can't be changed to a larger one because of the back flange is small to fit the rear diff.

There is probably a fix for the rear flange also because the rear flange does not fit the rear diff correctly (the centering diameters are different sizes).
