Remove the chrome headlight trim ring. There should be three screws that hold the headlight mounting bracket into the headlight bucket. 1 at 12, 4 and 8 o'clock. With the stone guards should have come 2 sets of springy flat tabs (I don't know what they would be really called.)with a 90 deg turn on the back side and a slot or screw hole. These mount under those headlight screws. Remount the headlight trim ring and then slide the guards over the ends of the tabs. They are specially bent to hold the guards.

When I said there were two sets, I meant two sets of six, three for each light. One set is longer than the other to accomodate different curvatures of the headlight. Also, some trim rings are tighter aganst the headlight than others and you may have a small clearance problem.
