I've just been going to my local ABS outlet and they've been very helpful with supplying line and flaring the ends. I haven't got a flaring tool that does a good job on brake lines and I'd have to do a lot of flares to justify the cost of one. The guys at ABS have been charging me $5 per flare. They also made my braided lines to my specs and with the ends I wanted and have been helpfull with ideas of what styles of ends I might find suitable. Draging a big variety of fittings out to show me.

From memory my braided lines were about $60 each or so depending on length.

You don't need a special bender for the brake line if you are careful but there are some brake line benders availble fairly cheap.

H.I.S. supplied me some nice rubber lined P clips that were great for mounting the brake lines and fuel lines. They keep the line isolated from the chassis so you dont get any vibration noise etc.

Cheers
