Here is the latest info on the parade. I contacted Jim Warrick (916-967-7078) hm, and (916-489-2103) Elks Lodge number. He is a higher up at the Elks Lodge and is the Go-to person about the parade. I have volunteered my car to cart a Elks Dignitary at the begining of the parade, so that is a done deal. They have many spots open, so give Jim a call and he can set you up for the 4th.
