Just had my first clutch failure. The shaft unscrewed from the slave and I understand from Reg this has been a problem. Simple solution is to remove the slave cylinder, unscrew the end cap, push the piston out to expose it. Idrilled a 3/32'' hole through the piston and shaft and installed a split pin (3/32) through the piston /shaft assembly. The hole is drilled through the CONE on the piston. There is no way this thing will come off again.
