You are lucky. They did away with all cruise nights up here several years ago and will only allow the 2 hour one for the big April car show. In fact Redding is so bad that if a cop sees your car go through the main drag twice in 30 minutes they will pull you over. Now the downtown area is like a ghost town and they can't figure out what to do. All of the businesses have moved over to the Enterprise area.
