I wonder how you are getting on with your Aeroscreen similar to Pat Buckleys nice example?
This week I am having made a two piece base out of about 20 gauge steel done in English wheel machine, both curves will be separate and then welded and finished, the guy is an restoration expert and he reckons that is easier to do!

I think the 48" x 9" is a good size, would have like to come out further and cover the original screen upright slots but they dont really matter as long as the screen suits the car!!!
